At CityShade, your satisfaction comes first. Since all of our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless there’s a defect. If your shade arrives with a material or workmanship issue, or was made in the wrong size due to our error, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge within 90 days—including shipping.

For all other changes (color, mount, style, or features), you can request a remake of the same product and size at the same price you paid—plus 10% off.
